Booking & Deposits

  • No deposit, no appointment.

  • A $75 non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking for all services, unless otherwise specified

  • A booking is only confirmed once the required deposit has been received.

  • Deposits are non-refundable under all circumstances.

  • Remaining balances must be paid according to the booking details provided.

  • Cancellations must be communicated at least 48 hours as soon as possible.

  • Failure to show up without notice will result in loss of deposit and forfeiture of the session

Terms & Policy

Punctuality & Preparation

  • Clients are expected to arrive on time for their scheduled session.

  • Please arrive fully prepared, with outfits selected and makeup completed before the session start time.

  • Late arrivals may result in reduced shooting time. Sessions can be extended if there is availability

  • If there is no arrival or communication within 20 minutes, the appointment will be considered a no-show and automatically cancelled.

Rescheduling

  • One reschedule may be accommodated with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.

  • Reschedule requests made within 48 hours may require a new deposit.

  • Same-day reschedule requests are not guaranteed.

Travel Fees & Payments

  • A $30 travel fee may apply depending on the distance to the shoot location.

  • Travel fees are based on mileage and will be communicated prior to the session

Studio & Outdoor Sessions

  • Studio sessions: Clients may book a studio independently through Peerspace, which is highly recommended.

Payment Options

Clients may make payment through the scheduling site at checkout, via PayPal, or via Zelle.

Please include your full name and session date in the payment note/memo.

Outdoor sessions:

  • Clients may provide their own location; if a location is needed, recommendations can be provided upon request. Location requests must be communicated at least 48 hours prior to the shoot date. Please send a direct message in advance if you require assistance with a location.
